KindLaugh collects submission details, contact information, uploaded videos, moderation records, and safety reports so the service can review and publish appropriate content.

How information is used

We use it to operate moderation, respond to safety and copyright concerns, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Rejected video files are deleted. Moderation and legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary. Creators may request access, correction, or removal after a contact address is published.

Children and the Kids Zone

The Kids Zone is a watch-only, ad-free area. It does not offer child accounts, comments, uploads, likes, personalized recommendations, or forms that ask children for personal information. Videos do not autoplay. The separate creator upload and Comedy Studio tools are for adults; a parent or guardian must submit on a child’s behalf.
